Bag Design Service
From concept to design brief, the design process is the first step in transforming your ideas into tangible products. Our in-house team of product developers, leading experts in textiles and fine leather goods, begins with thorough research. We dive deep into your goals and objectives, understanding who will use the product and who makes the purchasing decisions. Leveraging our industry experience, we create products that perfectly fit your brand and customer.
We enjoy collaborating with creative directors, product managers, design directors, and buyers to bring your ideas, sketches, or tech-packs to life. Together, we discuss your design, material options, lead times, and pricing.
To produce customized bags, we require technical specifications. If you have the specifications ready or sufficient information, we can connect, provide you with a quote, and begin making samples. If you have a sample and need mass production or local modifications, you can send it to our design department for design and production.
The process includes several rounds of sampling until the product meets your needs and specifications. Once the sample is approved, we create a tech pack, source and procure materials, and order any necessary custom tooling.

What You'll Receive from Your Custom Bag Technical Pack
Following a consultation with our bag designer, you'll receive a comprehensive technical pack. This will include detailed dimensions, finishing details such as pockets and labels in specific seams, fabric weight and style, and finalized Pantone references for printing or dyeing the fabric.
How Do I Make My Custom Bag?
Having a budget in mind is helpful, not so we spend it for you, but to make sensible suggestions based on your budget. This allows us to advise you on fabric weight and other elements to personalize your bag. We'll ask several questions to understand the purpose and usage of your custom bag, enabling us to provide a formal quote. We may follow up with more questions after creating a paper prototype to accurately measure fabric, stitching requirements, and other details.
To provide an accurate quote for your customized bag, we need a clear specification from you.
